03/10/2021 - making windscreen attach clips - 2h30

The front of the windscreen is held in place using some .032" aluminum attach clips. These are "make from" items and need to be cut out from some scrap .032 aluminum sheet.

It takes a bit of pratice to get the bends right but in the end not really a big deal.

These clips will be covered by the windscreen epoxy fairing. It's good pratice to paint the back of the clips  and the inside of the fairing because they are visible from the inside.

All clips installed. I think I can still scale these down a bit in size.

Nice curve at the bottom and a near perfect fit without tension on the windscreen itself. Just holding it in place.
