“No bird ever flew nonstop from New York to Tokyo, or raced 15 miles high at triple the speed of sound.
Birds do something else.   They do not conquer the air; they romance it..”

Easy worksession today. I countersunk the holes on the diffusers for the nutplate ears. A lot of epoxy dust all over the place.

Top row countersunk. I already had glued the aluminum doublers on so it's easy to do the countersinking, the pilot holds nicely in the aluminum drilled hole.

Then started rivetting the nutplates in place with the pneumatic squeezer.

As usual I managed to mess up one hole by a bad rivet. (the 2 on the right on the one leg nutplate.). i will fill this again with epoxy and redrill.
