28/01/2023 - Rivetting skeleton forward fuselage - 4h

With brake pedals and brake lines in place, this was a good moment to rivet the top fuselage skeleton structure to the fuselage.

Installed everything with cleco's and checked all fits. I had to remove the vent line in order to get the structure on.

First started by rivetting the forward halves together. I tried doing this on the workbench but it's impossible to install the full panel at once so I had to rivet this while already clecoed. Some could be squeezed but some other have to be shot with the fun and the material is rather flimsy. I'm talking here about the vertical line under the top rib in the pictures below.
