With the bracket installed, I could now install the servo motor to the bracket.
Update : install the motion limiting bracket before you install the motor on the bracket. you are not able to slide the bracket in once the servo is on the bracket (ask me how I know)
I torqued the bolts and checked the location of the holes in the heads of the bolts so that they are in good location for safty wire locking. If a hole doesn't line up well after torqueing, you may try to switch bolt locations. I had to retry a couple of times and came up with this wiring result. The holes are very close the the flanges of the bracket and this makes installing this safety wire more difficult.
Installed the pins and servo wires in the DSub connector.
Installed the connector in it's housing
Applied some torque lacquer and connected the DSub connectors
