24/06/2023 - Dynon EMS and Network hub drilling - 3h

Again a short worksession but 2 vital modules installed. I planned to place a 5 SV-NET-HUB for the dynon network in the panel for future expansion and easy of installation of the EMS module.

The EMS goes on the front of the sub panel while the sv hub sits on the opposite side facing the cockpit side. Clamped the hub in place and drilled it to the subpanel.

Then installed the SV-EMS-220 Dynon module which will be the central collection point for all engine sensors. (Engine Monitoring System). the connector on the right which is visible will be connected to the network hub on the opposite side.

Temporarily installed with SS hardware.

Lots of new holes. Deburred and cleaned and then final installed both modules.
