07/06/26 - Rivetting and drilling nutplate ears - 1h30

 More small rivetting tasks done on the front baffles. Rivetted the nutplates on the CB710-A stiffener. These nutplates are used to attach the passenger side front baffle with #8 screws.

 

 Then installed some nutplates on the stiffener line which will attach the diffusers.

 

 Then upsized the holes on the pilot side front baffle and drilled and dimpled the nutplate ears.

  

You want the rivets flush on the inside of the diffuser, so dimple the outwards

Some more updrilling of holes and cut back the forward line of the side baffle.

 Marked the line on the side baffle pilot side for cutting. I placed the line perpendicular to the front line of the pilot side plenum cover.
