Some time ago, I had messed up the anti rotation bracket on the pilot side. While cutting of some material from the other side, I have cut into the bracket. So I spent today a couple of hours to copy the first part and reoptimised it's shape a bit for this version 2 anti rotiation bracket. When it was done and edges sanded, I rivetted it back on the original stock angle. I also fabricated a new support angle and matchdrilled it using the original holes. Had to cut a notch out for a rivet.
Angle rivetted in place.
Did some more fine tuning on the bottom support angle and trimmed it down to the red line to avoid a void space between the diffuser and the side baffle.
With the time I had left, I cut a doubler for nutplate installation on the front of the plenum cover and matchdrilled it using the existing holes.Once drilled, I fine tuned the bottom line to fit the plenum cover.
Another day done. As usual, I admired the work at the end of the day
