19/4/2019 - Fuel pump dog house - 2.5h

Ready for priming the parts of the top fuselage.

As priming is a dull job, I was looking for some more parts that would be easy to prepare now and prime in the same session.

I noticed the fuel pump doghouse parts were still laying on my shelves.

Took the parts and started edge prepping them.

Then assembled it together with clecoes and matchdrilled.

The fuel pump doghouse was an accesory I bought at vans but meanwhile it dissapeared from their product list.

It attached to the fuel lines front cover and the fuel selector housing.

I decided to use solid AN426AD3 rivet for the housing and 8R8 screws for the attachment to the fuel plate and the fuel selector cover so that it can easily be removed later.

Matchdrilled, hole deburred, dimpled and scuffed for priming.
Here's what it looks like.
