Managed to get a lot done today. Had to deburr all holes on the seat pans and also deburr the side edges of the seat pans along the stick hole.

When all that was done, I started making the components that form the tunnel cover. It's made out of some stock Z angle and you have to make a "funky" looking part out of it.
Real fun making measurement and slowly seeing it take the form needed.

Then measured and drilled the attach holes in the bottom of the bracket to the seat pans. There's no real way to matchdrill these so measure carefully. First one is obvious but the rear one has to be precise.
