Started work on the baggage rear cover plate. Deburred the edges and positioned it in place. There's a lower plate and an upper plate. The bottom holes are predrilled so it's just a matter of clecoing them in the bottom line where nutplates are already installed  and then matchdrill the holes in the bulkhead.

Then remove the plate, drill the nutplate ears with a nutplate drill jig.

Finally deburred and dimpled the nutplate ear holes.
