Scuffed the plastic tab that will be epoxied to the outside of the wingtip outer edge. you need to mask the innerpart to protect it from binding epoxy as it contains a rubber ring which gives the light some vibration resistance.

Epoxied in place and ready to cure... as you can see in the image, the disaster which I described in the previous article already happened. the op tab broke off and gave me a lot of frustration.

 As you can see it cracked on the side and then broke of in the middle of the nut. There can be no pressure on this thing. In my opinion a bit of a weak design.
