Matchdrill complete - 31/12/2011 - 2h

Finalised the matchdrilling of the skin to ribs and spar for the left wing.

Also extended the lines that were marked earlier on the bottom skin to locate the exact location of the tie down hole. I find this method questionable. 

What I did is enlarge the predrilled hole to #30. Then check where the drill was location in the tie down hole (I haven't tapped yet).

Then used the unibit to enlarge the holes. Used a keyfile in the end to change the location just slightly with what I saw through the hole. (Putting a light in the leading edge makes all more visible).
I didn't drill yet to final size as I first want to do the tapping now of the tie down ring aex plate.

This is the end of 2011 work. I'm more or less where I wanted to be at this point in time. I hope 2012 will be as productive as this one.
