11/01/2019 - Side caps F-704 - 4h30

No real indication in the manual when to do this, but it seemed like a good moment now to start some work on the F-704K upright cap strips.

Deburred both parts and positioned them over the F-704 bulkhead. Match drilling went partly with the regular air drill  reaming to #30, but for the forward ones needed the angle drill as the skin moves inwards a bit and there's just not enough place to drill perpendicularly to the F-704. The don't forget to drill the hole in conjunction with the forward tab on the arm rest.

Deburred all holes when finished. These are LP4-3 rivets so the parts are ready for priming and final installation.
