28/08/2016 Countersink R longeron and dimple R tail skin - 4h

When you finish the left longeron, you realize there is a second one... more and more countersinking.
The holes just keep on coming. I had to run my #40 reamer through the holes at some points as the countersink pilot just wouldn't go in smoothly.
No big deal.
Finished both faces of the right side longeron an also dimpled and deburred the canopy deck. Finally clecoed it all together and the fit still is as good as they day I bent it.

Next, deburred and dimpled the right side top line of the tail cone assembly as well as the sides where tail and center fuselage mate.

Another prep job done and a day closer to priming.
