15/08/2016 - deburr, dimple parts continued - 3.5h

countersunk tank attach bracket spacer.deburred other parts.

Dimpeled F902L and buklkheads.

Deburred and dimpeled F623 L and R standing flange mating with side skin.

Deburred and dimpeled F705 vertical flanges of F705D's.

Dimpeled F770 side skins L and R (only one row remaining as I have an outstanding question with Vans support on the edge distance on my F713's)

Keep looking at those plans regularily as there are holes that are left undimpeled, like the bottom row AN3 for tank attach bracked, the part mating the outer seat rib, the bottom part of the F704H (1/8" #30 holes). Also dimpeled the step pilot hole as I'm not planning to install the side steps.

I still need to make the 1" radius hole for the fuel line rubber grommet and 7/16" Dia for the vent line fitting.

Finally deburred the F715L and R outer seat ribs. These don't take countersunk rivets so no need to dimple or countersink here. Also deburred and cleaned the additional drilled hole for the pitot tube, electrical wire pass through.

Very happy with some good progress today.
