Edge preparing - 27/01/2011 - 3h

The last couple of days, I have been edge preparing the ribs and spars of the vertical stabilo.

All edges were deburred, scotchbrited and sandpaper smoothed.

Clecoed the rear spar and reinforcement spar together and attached the hinges.

To check the alignment of the pre-punched holes, I have drawn a string across and aligned it through the holes. Perfect match. The precision of this prepunched kit is priceless.
