Backrivetting - 1/3/2011 - 1h

It's rivetting time again ! Love it.

I started backrivetting the 4 smallest stiffeners on the right side skin of the rudder. Still encountering difficulties getting a good feeling if a rivet is well set , enough or not enough.

I keep with the advice Fred gave me... Gauge is more important then diameter. So I keep measyring on the height and secondary on the width.

I made a cut-out of my wooden matchdrillplate to build-in my steel plate. This works great for backrivetting.
