29/04/2019 - Rivetting left engine mount to firewall - 1H

Time for some catching up work. As you may have read, I had some issues on the upper engine mount edge distances and ordered new ones. Also had some bad spacing and welded a tab behind the engine mount brackets.

Now they are primed, looking good again and can be rivetted to the firewall again.

Matthias, my son came out and gave me a hand on holding the rivet gun in position.

He's 15 now. It's scary to see the image of him crawling on my bench as a small kid when I started building my workshop.
It reminds me how time is flying and that I should keep working on a steady pace.

Clecoeing it all back in place.

Started by rivetting the back plate onto the firewall.

Came out good with good manufactured hads all over.
