More cutting on the pilot side bottom wheel pant. You want to go slow not to cut away too much at once.

Here is a picture of the clearance on the inside. I reduced the tyre pressure to 20psi and now got about 1/2". I will start with this gap and see how things go when the airplane is back on it's legs and pressure is applied to the tyre at 20 psi.

The way I measure the gap is by placing a 1/2" aluminum scrap piece between the tyre and the wheel pant.
