F705 matchdrilling ruined part - 3/3/2013

Some weeks ago, I messed up my left F705D-L by mistakingly drilling a 5/8 inch hole in the prepunched holes for the flap bearing block. Dummm dummmm dummmm...

In the meanwhile, I received my replacement part and took the time to matchdrill the left side of the F705 bulkhead.

Drilled the rudder snap bushing hole, this time verifying 10 times to make sure I have the right one.

Then clecoed the assembly together again and started matchdrilling all the #30 holes

Finally deburred all holes and put the holes assembly aside again waiting for priming.
