Assemblage right side stabilo 04/01/2011 - 7h

Continued the work on assembling the right side stabilo. Work was pretty much the same procedure as on the left side so I did not make additional pictures.

The right side took way less time then the left side. Well, you pretty much know what to do in advance so things speed up better.  It's another proof of making sure you studied the plans carefully and know what to do before you start work in the workshop.
The workshop hours will be much more efficient if you do.

The temporary assembly of the horizontal stabilo is fully complete. This means all holes have been drilled in the right positions, al parts are edge clean and everything fits perfectly. Next step is de-assembling again, deburring all drilled holes and then dimpling the structures and skins.

My holiday is coming to an end so progress will be slower now.
