17/08/2018 - Nutplate holes upper baggage. - 1h

Another short session today. Used the nutplate jig tool to drill the ear holes for the nutplates on the lower baggage bulkhead.

Drilled and dimpled the holes in the lower baggage bulkhead F-751 where the notch will be for the shoulder harnass cable passthrough. The nutplate goes on the back of F-751 and F-652 rests on top so dimple for the nutplate ears.

Drilled all the nutplate ears on the F-706 bulkhead. I changed the orientation near the F-750 covers for easier access.
I should also have done it for the top one at the top edge, you'll see later why... So when you are about to drill, make all nutplate ears stand vertical from the top of F-750 all the way down.

Finally deburred and dimpled all nutplate ears using the pneumatic squeezer.
