30/04/2025 - Wheel pant fairings (part 6) - 4h

Continue work on the passenger side wheel pant. Placed the shims between the brake disc and the outer bracket. Installed the rear, aligned it and drilled the outer bracket.

Checking alignment and adding a spacer between the gearleg and the wheel pant cut out to fixate the position.

Drilled holes on the inside but wasn't satisfied with the position again. This blind drilling is driving me nuts.

Elongated the holes for a perfect fit and marked that location on the epoxy. Now I will close the holes again and redrill again when cured.

With the time remaining I started trimming the bottom of the wheel pant to clear the tyre.

Next day the epoxy has cured and after sanding, I drilled the new hole on the cross.
